**Account Executive**

**Job Summary**:

- Responsible for full spectrum of Company Finance Operations
- Oversee the Company's Cash Flow Management
- Responsible for the Company Financial Reporting and perform analytical review of Management Accounts
- Prepare and review Company Yearly Budgets and Financial Projections

**Job Scope**:

- Ensure payments are completed accurately and timely manner
- Solve discrepancy between purchase order and invoice
- Monitor backlog invoices and give direction to teams to drive down the backlog number accordingly
- Review report and vendor reconciliation and act on overdue open items
- Responsible for ensuring KPIs for Account payable are met, these include timely processing and payment of invoices
- Develop action plans to help the team to achieve KPI
- Establish and implement effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Internal Control Procedures to improve Finance and Reporting Systems
- Timely Inland Revenue Board (IRB) tax returns submission and compliance at all times
- Responsible for Tax Planning & Compliance
- Review statutory audit reports, inventory management and Debtors Ageing Report
- Attend and liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc
- Lead, coach and manage team of finance effectively
- Perform other ad hoc assignment and task as and when requested by management

**Job Requirements**:

- Professional Qualifications ie ACCA/CPA/MIA, Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years working experience in finance managerial position, preferably in related industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and steer towards the organization mission and goals
- We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin due to company culture.
- Fast paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure.

**Account Assistant (AR / AP)**

**Job Scope**:

- ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE
- Sales Reporting and Reconciliation.
- Invoice and Reimbursement Management
- Administrative and Communication Support

work closely with other departments to offer accounting advice and support
- Ad-Hoc Task (When Requested by Management)

**Job Requirements**:

- Professional Qualifications ie ACCA/CPA/MIA, Degree in Accounting
- At least 1 years working experience in accounting, preferably in related industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and steer towards the organization mission and goals
- We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin due to company culture.
