In House Architect

**Job Description**:

- Develop and present design proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure that designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Participate in project meetings to provide architectural expertise and guidance.
- Oversee the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Conduct site visits and assessments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3 years of proven experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and design capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
