- Monday to Friday: 8 :30am - 5 :30pm

**Requirement**:

- Familiar with opening invoicing / credit control / autocount / AP / AR
- 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Work in 1 company minimum 3 years
- Familiar at least 2 account software include autocount

**Job responsibility**:

- Proficiency in generating and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Understanding credit control practices and procedures to effectively manage customer accounts, monitor credit limits, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Experience or familiarity with Autocount, which is an accounting software commonly used for financial management, inventory control, and invoicing.
- Knowledge and experience in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, vendor/supplier management, payment processing, and customer account management.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the finance or accounting field, preferably in the food manufacturing industry or a related sector.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
