Qc Inspector

Job Responsibility:
1.To conduct Incoming Inspection, In-process monitor and Finish Goods final Inspection.
2.To Prepare Manufacturer's Data Report for every responsible project.
3.To arrange all necessary NDT/NDE testing with Sub-con and follow up with actual Test report.
4.To work closely with production personals on Quality improvement and Quality Control.
5.To monitor Sub-con performance and conduct final Inspection.
6.Issue Corrective Action Report, Non-conformance Report for discrepancies detected and ensured reply with verification.

Requirement
- Diploma and above in welding/Mechanical or any relevant engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field
- Experienced in Welding / Painting knowledge, familiar with Pressure vessel inspection
