- Take an active role to monitor, review and assess reported cases received from SG governing bodies to ensure products comply with SG laws and regulations
- Removing products that are not allowed to be listed in accordance with Shopee Policies and Regulator request within SLA
- To review the ingredients prohibited for drugs and to be updated in the Shopee Policies
- Work with the Customer Support and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries
- Perform analysis on the product quality and understand marketplace policies and guidelines related to listings policy restricted items
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience with minimum skills of basic pharmaceutical background or related work experience
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written forms, and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- Excellent comprehension skills
- Strong logical thinking and demonstrates problem-solving skills
- Positive growth mindset and ability to work multitasking
