**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Process invoices, payment vouchers, cheques, and perform data entry.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare monthly payouts for utilities and supplier payments.
- Prepare payment vouchers for supplier invoices and expenses.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Provide general support to visitors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an admin clerk or similar role.
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) to deal with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

**Working Hour**:

- Mon - Fri : 9am - 6pm
- Sat : 1 week (9am - 6pm), 1 week (Off), repeat
