**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Hospital level key person of Corporate Clients accounts (Insurance, Third Party Administrator, Corporate Company, & GP) and International Market (Medical Tourism).

2. Build relationship and establish affiliate partnership with corporate clients and international market to encourage sustainable business and relationship.

3.Constantly updates on latest clinical roll out, hospital facilities and special packages while gaining referrals to the hospital

4. To structured strategic marketing plan that will allow increase in revenue and grow market share of Avisena Specialist Hospital.

5. Actively involve and participate in industries and networking events regularly to carry reputable brand presence whilst build strong network and new relationships.

6. To liaise with the relevant departments, units, consultants and or clinic assistants on the agents or partners queries that relates to international patient and to accommodate and facilitate international patients and ensuring seamless on the ground execution.

7. To maintain confidentiality of any form of information, strategies from Avisena Specialist Hospital to any external parties either in written or verbally.

8. Planning and organizing events for Corporate Clients based on request and requirement and organize promotional healthcare activities e.g. public forum, exhibitions and professional dialogues between Avisena Specialist Hospital's consultants and GPs.

9. Responsible to prepare proposal and presentation materials in a form of data compilation e.g.: corporate clients market revenue monthly report, tabulation and tracking of monthly international patients and revenue facts and another related figures.

10. Assisting COE's and other revenue centers to promote the services and packages by being appointed as Medical Provider panel for corporate executive screening via corporate clients.

11. To take reasonable care at workplace for the safety of oneself, others and to comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety, health and environment as required. Report accidents / incidents and hazard to the superior and complete the Incident Report Form for each accident/incident.

12. To perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor, HOD and the management.

13. To follow all AVISENA Group policies

**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION**:
Minimum diploma / degree in relevant field.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Able to communicate and write well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work overtime or extra hours including public holiday should the need arises.
- Possess own transport
- Able to work in team, multi-tasking & multi-skilling.
- Computer literate.

**OTHER ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT(S)**:

- Pleasant personality, confident, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional look and appearance, good attitude, trustworthy and excellent skill in Customer Service or another customer-oriented field.

**Salary**: RM2,250.00 - RM4,260.00 per month
