Construction Manager

- Responsible for the daily operations at project site
- Responsible to coordinate the site organisation and progress of the project.
- Give instruction to the supervisors and direct labour, and coordinate with sub-contractor.
- Responsible for overall completion of the project in the absence of the Project Manager
- Attend meeting with vendor and subcontractor
- Attended all site visits and meetings as and when required.
- Ensure all permits prior starting works have been submitted on daily basis.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time as requested by HOD, Project Manager or Project Leader or the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/diploma in Civil/structural Engineering or equivalent
- 10-15 years working experience in construction as CM
- Construction knowledge and experience in handling sub-con and direct labour
- Preferably with experience in Railway Station Project
- Willing to be stationed in Terengganu Project Site

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
