Sales Management Trainee

**Madinah Group (MG) **is a Premier Agency Leadership Corporation(PALC) affiliate of Prudential Assurance (M) Bhd and Prudential BSN Takaful Bhd. MG consists of 11 managers and 400 consultants working together under one brand name, Madinah Group. We provide consultation mainly on life insurance, investment, education plan, retirement plan, income protection, and general insurance. **Required Skills**:

- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must
- Good IT knowledge, Words Doc and Excel is an added value
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good interpersonal skills

**Job Scope**:

- Sales and Marketing
- Recruiting new team members
- Conduct career talks in universities, colleges, and associations.
- Attend daily training through Zoom platform at 8 am
- Comply with sales target and give full commitment to all company's meetings

**Education**:

- Must have a minimum of 5 credit passes in Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM)
- Diploma or higher in Finance, Banking, Marketing & Sales will be an advantage
- Working experience in sales and marketing as an added value

**License**:

- Must possess own transport, at least a motorcycle or a driving license

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
