**The Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee all IT affairs: Computer networks, hardware, software, and other IT infrastructure
- Develop and implement policies for information security and privacy policies
- Identify and troubleshoot tech and software issues throughout The Makeover Guys Group
- Implement database and network designs
- Install and upgrade company wide softwares and ensure systems security
- Recover, install, troubleshoot, or replace low or non-functioning devices
- Liaise with our vendor on company asset management

**Who You Are**:

- Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant fields
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field (SME/Startup experiences is a plus)
- Understanding of current and emerging technologies
- Fluent in English

**Working Arrangement**:
Office-based. Work closely with our Office Manager, People & Culture team, and Digital Transformation team.
