Perform autonomous maintenance.
- Perform daily plant walk about to identify potential issues as a predictive maintenance.
- Analyse and react to warning alarms.
- Identify and inform abnormal operation to immediate superior.
- Attend and rectify production process equipment issues.
- Do repair and replace faulty equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting functions and able to test run process equipment.
- Provide technical support to production whenever necessary.
- Assist and support Production and QA day to day and improvement activities.
- Ensure the availability of tools and equipment at all time.
- Perform plant and equipment maintenance with support from maintenance team and external contractors/suppliers.
- General housekeeping of site.
- To undertake other related job as directed by immediate superior from time to time.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics or related with 2 years of working experience in manufacturing plant.
- Reliable and dedicated to work
- Familiar with industrial control system.
- Familiar with mechanical part such as pump, valve, conveyor, pneumatic and etc.
- Familiar with instrument troubleshooting and installation such as temperature, pressure, flow, pneumatics system and etc.
- Familiar with electrical wiring installation.
- Familiar with motor and motor starter especially VFD. Able to extract alarm and warning from Inverter.
- Understand and able to interpret engineering drawing (P&ID, mechanical drawing, pneumatics diagram, electrical schematic diagram)
- Understand and able to operate SCADA system and basic understanding on PLC troubleshooting.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
