**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize various ETL tools and techniques to extract data from multiple sources, transform it to meet business requirements, and load it into target systems.
- Maintain and optimize existing ETL processes to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Conduct thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of data across systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on data reporting tools and practices.
- Implement and enforce data governance standards to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Propose and implement improvements to data processes and reporting methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a data analyst role. Experience in the SAP sector will be added advantage.
- Proven experience with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python).
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis and automation tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM5,500.00 per month
