**SKOP KERJA**:

- **Crockery and Equipment Collection**: As a steward at the hospital, you begin your work process by waiting for crockery and equipment to be returned from the hospital wards. This involves collecting used dishes, cutlery, and other dining items from patient rooms and designated areas.
- **Dishwashing and Cleaning**: After collecting the used items, your next step is to wash, sanitize, and clean them thoroughly. You ensure that all dining ware and equipment are properly sanitized to meet hygiene standards and prepare them for the next meal service.
- **Transfer to Trayline for Set-Up**: Once the dishes and equipment are clean and sanitized, you transfer them to the trayline area. Here, the cleaned items are set up for the next trayline assembly, where patient meals are plated and prepared for distribution.
