1) Modifying the program as requested on reports or receipts.
2) Monitoring the system database are in available space for capturing more transactions. The system housekeeping has to be done regularly.
3) Creating and identifying a security access to the system for the authorized personnel only.
4) Perform periodical for taking care of all the hardware condition checking, servicing and cleaning.
5) Key-punching the scores from the golfers' score card into the National Handicapping System for generating the golfers' handicap.
