JOB VACANCY Technician (Grand world hotel, Permas Jaya)
Job Scope:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance of hotel premises and equipment.
- Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights and laundry.
- Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
- Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
- Service aircond lobby, rooms.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 per week
