Management Trainee

1. Evaluating and monitoring the work performance and progress of others.
2. Collaborating with managers to plan the work output for the organization.
3 Alding in the process of developing and instituting policies, performance goals and objectives.
4. Completing al assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
5. Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
6 Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
7. Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
8. Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
9 Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
10. Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
11. Preparing documents and updating records.
12; Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary nearings.
13. Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 per month
