Job description

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor, coordinate and supervise daily construction works and adhere to document control procedure.
- Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans and procedures.
- Execute inspections and to utilize quality control mechanisms as provided for by quality management system.
- Issue memo to sub-contractors and sub labour workers for non-compliance of the required Quality Standard, Construction drawings and Specifications.
- Update and prepare site daily report, verify progress report
- Attend to site progress meeting.
- Check construction drawings and specifications and report to Project Manager if any discrepancy
- Liaise with sub-contractors for defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years working experience
- **Requirement of BEM (Electrical) Certificate**:

- Self-motivated and is able to work independently.
- Possess good communication skills
- Punctually and good attitude work
- Preferably with ISO experience

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Electrical engineering: 4 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- BEM (Electrical) Certificate (preferred)
