Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Assist mailing
- Assist on delivery document (Delivery Order, Invoice, Customs Form)
- Booking courier service or transporter for pick-up (document, parcel, packages etc.)
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery, computer paper etc.) and report when there are shortages
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain contact lists for clients and supplies
- Maintain filing and recording system so that easily accessible.
- Provide general support to visitors (Food & Beverage, etc.)
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers and Perform other office duties as assigned by senior.
- Ensure operation’s equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintain computer and manual filling systems
