Job Descriptions
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
- Cook food in various utensils or grillers
- Check food while cooking to stir or turn
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check the quality of ingredients. Maintain “fresh dates” of ingredients - rotate as needed.
- For Western section
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management/ Catering
- Minimum 1year relevant job experience in similar capacity
- Passion for quality and freshness
- Reliable and flexible in undertaking various tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
