Inventory Management:

Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure that campus and hostel facilities comply with health and safety regulations.

- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Prepare reports on the condition of campus and hostel facilities and any necessary improvements.

Customer Service:

- Serve as a point of contact for hostel-related inquiries.

Job Specifications:

- Diploma or certificate in a relevant technical field (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a residential or hostel setting.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
