RESPONSIBLITIES:

- Supervise and arrange technicians to solve problem in tenant house.
- Planning and schedule work for daily operation
- Reporting to Facility Manager.
- To ensure all complaint solve as per due date
- To prepare monthly report (mechanical part).
- Have knowledge in mechanical and building maintenance works.

REQUIREMENT:

- Working Experience min 2 years.
- Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Discipline and punctual.
- Computer Literate especially Microsoft office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract,

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Pay: RM1,717.74 - RM2,500.00 per month
