**Responsibilities**:

- Assist on the daily operation of the plantation
- Assist in general office administration and work in the office and estate plantation.
- Ensure operational efficiency and manage workers
- Assist in planning daily activities in the estate in order to achieve the production output target.
- Plan and monitor on the usage of stock (nursery management), vehicle, equipment and machineries.
- Assist the manager by provide accurate petty cash forecast and claims to the workers
- Assist in providing training for the workers and staff on company SOP
- Assist in monitoring and ensure all the work is in progress and reports to the Managing Director regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any fields; Agriculture is most welcome
- Can start work immediately
- Need to travel outstation if required

**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Language**:

- Bahasa Kelantan (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
