**Warehouse Advisor (Final Packing)**:
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and cost efficiency.
- Implement and enforce best practices and training structure for warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with customer requirement, quality, safety and regulatory standards.
- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources, setup or optimizing layout including storage methods, layout for the Finished Goods Packing area.
- To plan and qualify the materials to be use for Finished Goods Packing.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Finished Goods Packing for a specified Customer.
- Train and develop warehouse blue collar staff, ensuring a high level of competency and productivity for Finished Goods Packing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders or shipments.
- To actively participate in activities pertaining to maintenance of data integrity in the SAP System.
- To actively participate in issues pertaining to ad-hoc logistic issues and drive for solutions and improvement.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including cycle counts, stock replenishment and reconciliation. To organize the cycle count activities and maintain the accuracy of inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, secure and safe warehouse environment, following proper material handling, storage practices, company safety and security policy.
- Take the lead roles to ensure Warehouse operation is comply with internal and external audit requirements.
- Monitor and track warehouse performance metrics, such as productivity, accuracy and on-time delivery and implement improvement initiatives as needed.
- To performs other duties as assigned by superior.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in warehouse management, supply chain management, business administration or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or shipping operation, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics principles.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive process improvement and efficiency.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with computer and warehouse management systems (MS office package, SAP WM/MM Modules).
- Knowledge in implementing warehouse automation is a plus.
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to warehouse operations.
- Fluent English in oral and writing.
