Qhse Executive

Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve Integrated Management System (IMS) compliance to Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001:2018), and Management System for Private Security Operations (ISO 18788:2015)
- Involve with internal audit planning program and preparation to comply with the IMS requirements
- Ensure the requirements of the IMS Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, and forms are implemented and retained within the organization.
- Assist in dealing with certification body regarding the certification, surveillance audit, and recertification process
- Assisted top management in developing company policies according to the standard, organization, customer, and legal requirements
- Prepare, review and maintain QHSE inspection report, QHSE Monthly report, Security Incident Report (SIR), Incident Investigation Report (IIR)
- Conduct site inspection and site audit
- Prepare, review and maintain HIRADC for company-related processes/activities
- Evaluate compliance, determine action, and maintain records
- Identify, determine and review the potential for emergency situations and how to respond to such situations
- Review QHSE requirements and prepare necessary documents.
- Other jobs/task that will be specified later

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Safety & Health / Degree or Diploma in any related field / attended Safety & Health Officer (SHO) training / attended Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) training
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in QHSE at least 1 year
