Telesales Executive
- Location:KL

Permanent role

This role is driving our company's growth by making cold calls, managing client relationships, and identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Requirement
- Initiate and manage cold calls to prospective clients, creating opportunities for new business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Innovate and oversee the sales process, attracting new clients and ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to implementation.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and present customized proposals for each client's specific business needs.
- Own the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to implementation, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and business goals
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to foster future business opportunities.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
