Manual Machinist

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works using CNC Machines
- Operating and setup of CNC machines
- Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required
- Prepare and update of CNC programs
- Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.
- Perform machine troubleshooting, periodic preventive maintenance of all machines
- Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects
- Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience with CAD/ CAM/ Manual Machining
- Experience with CNC Lathe/ CNC Turning Machining/ CNC Milling
- Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine G & M Code

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,100.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
