Printer Techinican

Position: Printer Technician / Assistant Engineer

**Salary**: $1800 - $2500 (Gross salary $3000 - $3500)

Location: One-North

Working days: 5days

Job Details:

- Provide servicing on customers’ Multiple Function Device (MFD) in accordance with procedures indicated inside the service manual.
- Take ownership of designated MFDs and to ensure all MFDs are in optimum working conditions.
- Providing quality services during visits to ensure customers or users are delighted.
- To provide resolution to customer when they encountered connectivity issues or unable to utilize the machine in their printing environment.
- To undertake the role and responsibilities to ensure all installed machines with connectivity are properly installed and demonstrated to users on the use of the machine’s functions and connectivity matters.
- Support team in technical support and solutions

Requirement
- At least a diploma or equivalent in engineering, IT, business, or a related field is required.
- At least 2 years or more of relevant experience in technical field operation in office equipment with intermediate knowledge in networking

**Salary**: RM5,400.00 - RM10,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
