**Quantity and Quality Checks**: Inspect both quantity and quality of customer goods before they are moved, ensuring they meet company and customer standards.
- **Incoming and Outgoing Inspections**: Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to verify compliance with specifications and requirements.
- **In-Process Audits**: Perform audits during different stages of the logistics process to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- **Corrective and Preventive Actions**: Follow instructions from superiors regarding corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- **Daily Inspections**: Conduct daily inspections, including incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections, to maintain quality standards throughout the logistics process.
- **Visual Inspection**: Visually inspect incoming materials and monitor the first piece and in-process stages to identify any defects or discrepancies.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and other quality assurance activities to comply with company and customer documentation requirements.
- **Data Entry**: Enter daily activity information into electronic platforms, logs, or information boards to track quality assurance activities and outcomes.
- **Inventory and Logistics Software**: Enter data into inventory and logistics software programs to update inventory records and track the movement of goods.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the Process and Product teams to address quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Other Duties**: Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors to support the overall logistics operation and quality assurance efforts.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
