**You Will**
- Performing various checks and reconciliations on a daily basis to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assisting with filing and monitoring chargebacks. Review, analyze, and resolve chargebacks disputes efficiently and accurately
- Performing other financial adjustments for users and preparation of bank refunds
- Maintaining various daily reports and ledgers.
- Support month-end activities by preparing and maintaining supporting documentation
- Working closely with other teams to achieve a smooth operation and improve our user experience Providing recommendations for process streamlining and improvements.

**You Are**
- **Finance Professional - **2-3 years of working experience with a Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Economics. Experience in the financial industry will be a plus
- **Fearless Self Starter - **You are interested in working and growing with a fintech start-up.
- **Analytical and Detail Oriented Thinker - **You have excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to manage confidential data. You also possess an open mind with a willingness to learn.
- **Excellent Communicator - **You are able to communicate well with stakeholders and can work well in teams and independently.
