Puchasing Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- To assists superior in daily purchasing operations including sourcing steel materials, price negotiation & follow up delivery.
- To ensure all materials are purchased according to required specifications & requirements as stated in Purchase Order.
- To monitor delivery schedule with suppliers and ensure goods are delivered in accordance to the agreed price and specification.
- To carry out price review activities for goods purchased.
- To generate Purchase Order & related correspondences.
- Work closely with internal department and external suppliers on purchased items or engaged items.
- To monitor the inventory and delivery status.
- To provide sales support and coordination work to sales department. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Applicants must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in any field
- Good presentation & communication skills.
- Aggressive and self-motivated personality and able work independently in a fast-pace environment.
- Must be computer literate.
- Possess own transport
- 1 full time position at SENAI, Johor
- Able to start work immediately / having experiences in steel industries will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
