**About the Role**
- Support retail operations of our brand new MLB Store at City Square providing excellent customer service and achieving the sales goals.

We have multiple vacancies:

- Retail Associates (Part Time/Full Time)
- Supervisors
- Assistant Store Manager

**Job Scope**
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to delight the customers.
- Support the day-to-day store operations including retail sales, stocks management, cashiering and any other tasks as instructed by the Store Leader.
- Strive to achieve individual and store sales target through excellence in store KPIs - Conversion rate, UPT & ATV.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly, confident personality and good communication skills to engage with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- RA - Min 1 years sales, Supervisor - Min 3 years exp, ASM - Min 5 years experience in Retail Operations
- Fluent in English & Malay. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in luxury fashion retail stores is a bonus.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

**Remuneration**:

- Basic Salary (RM2000 - RM5000) + Attractive Commission + Attendance Allowance.
- Part Timers (RM12/Hour)
- Add. Language allowance*
- 7 Off-days per month.

**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
