Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operations and administration of the warehouse
- Develop and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Ensure health, safety, tidiness, cleanliness and security of warehouse
- Provide guidance and coaching to the subordinates to get the job done
- Execute the accurate handling, packing and storage of materials in the warehouse
- Manage and coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.
- Execute strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Stock inventory management and organisation
- Stock inventory tracking and monitoring, including keeping records of incoming and outgoing materials and to make sure the inventory management system is accurately updated on-time
- To make sure the stock movement is based on FIFO concept and items with shelf life must be closely monitored to ensure its usage before expiry date
- To conduct regular stock take/ verification in order to make sure tallying of physical quantity against the system quantity
- To work closely with other working in the entire mining operations for an effective smooth execution of daily activities at site;
- To make sure strict compliance with internal policies/ procedures and external regulatory requirements

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field
- At least 4 years proven as a Warehouse Executive
- Solid knowledge and understanding of store/ warehouse operation.
- Experience in storekeeping, inventory control, and record keeping
- Relevant experience in store/ warehouse management
- Relevant experience in mining or construction industry
- Knowledge or experience in supply chain or supply chain system is an added advantage
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,999.00 per month
