To assist in maintaining the Company’s quality system so as the requirement of ISO 9001 is met.
- Provide administrative support to other subordinates to ensure efficient flow of the office.
- To familiarize with a variety of the survey concepts, practices and procedures.
- Organize workflow of duties or delegated tasks.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Maintain timekeeping records including staffs’ whereabouts and updating the daily attendance when required.
- To assist in all the stock matters including keeping track of all stock records, receives, stores and issues material, supplies, tools, parts and equipment for purpose of survey.
- Prepares and publishes reports on business results, leveraging data from one or many sources.
- To ensure the reports are out to client, MPOB and MPIC timely.
- Housekeeping.
