General Clerk Assistant Lawyer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To assist and support lawyer in handling and filling documents.
- Able to prepare and attend to legal documents for conveyancing sub-sale and loan documents.
- Assist with corresponding and/or communication with client, banks and/or various authorities.
- Handling ad hoc task given by lawyer and manager.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical or equivalent.
- Have good working attitude, meticulous, self-motivated and can work under minimum supervision.
- Willingness to Learn, friendly, able to work under stress.
- Possess a pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Possess own transportation.
- Experience in using photocopy machine are is an added advantage.
- Prior working experience in a legal firm would be an added advantage.
- Experience in desk job and clerical task.
- Can start work immediately.
