Ibp Specialist

**Basic Function**:
As an IBP specialist in SEA region, his / her job could be generally specific into below area.
- Advocate, enable and drive execution of the IBP process, facilitate IBP lead and key stakeholders to make sure the entire process running smoothly.
- Focus on grade level and superior on the short term planning with close interactions with site planner, account manager and CSR team and make sure a good result including
- Demand / supply balance in the short team,
- Good inventory control in qty and profile,
- Good order fulfillment performance on OTIF
- Be the owner of IBP dashboard and reporting on time
- Be the owner of IBP master data and make sure a good data quality

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Work with rolling 4 month enrichment forecasts process with sales team, make sure the enrichment process complete on time.
2. Deeply involve in demand planning review, monitoring the demand actualization versus the finalized rolling 4 months forecast, coordinate with account manager to understand the gap and to adjust the forecast upon given info accordingly
3. Monitoring order fulfillment status, step in and coordinate with site planning team, account manager, procurement and CSR team in case of shortage or supply risk.
4. Owner of IBP related report, including but not limited on inventory, slow moving, forecast accuracy reporting. Reporting on time, and initiate/ manage the cross functional improvement
5. Owner of IBP maser data, including but not limited on CVC maintenance / cleansing, grade rationalization (deactivate EOP grade)

**Min. Qualifications**:

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree (Master is a plus) in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience
- Work Experience:

- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain/S&OP/ planning/ inventory/etc.
- Skills:

- Good knowledge in IBP or S&OP management either in business team or supply chain team
- Skilled user of SAP system, especially the forecast to plan model.
- Good analytical skill with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skill. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Strong self-motivated and proactive team player with good communication skill
- Languages:

- English, fluent
- Chinese or other key regional language
