**JOB ROLE**
To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with friendly and effective approach and assist with the responsibility for the day to day running of the department within the overall policies and controls established by the Company by ensuring that the brand values and standards are delivered and profitability achieved.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To serve cheerfully and courteously the needs of the guests of the respective outlet in accordance with the policies and procedures.
- To provide excellent service and pleasant experience to customers.
- To represent high personal standards and company standards.
- To monitor the performance of all crews.
- To sell our products and services in a responsible and professional ways by doing the best job for our customers and our company.
- Ensure the cleanliness of outlet at all times.
**Knowledge & Skills**
- **Minimum SPM / Diploma holder in early childhood education / hospitality**
- Like interacting with children and planning exciting engaging activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.
- Good attitude and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multi-functional tasks.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
