Retail Cashier

Welcome and greet customers.
- Main duties include collecting payment, bagging items, requesting price tag checks, barcode checks, honouring coupons & vouchers, and giving appropriate change.
- Responsible for counting the contents of the cash register drawer at the end of each shift, maintaining receipts, records and withdrawals.
- Accurately process sales using cash registers, barcode scanners or equipment.
- Ensure customer’s membership card expiry date or suggested customer to join/log in to show membership before collecting payment.
- Analyze to customers their accumulated points that can be used to redeem cash rebates before making payment.
- Must completed both dose of vaccination.
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements, support in seasonal program and activities
- Keep the register area neat and orderly, including any merchandise presented at check-out, presenting a professional and clean counter to customers approaching with their new purchases.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by superior.
- Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested.
- Contract basis (3m/6m)
- IMMEDIATE join
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Possess own transport

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,999.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
