**Merchandising**: Responsible for ensuring that products are displayed effectively and attractively. E.g: arranging products on shelves, restocking inventory, and maintaining overall store cleanliness and organization.

**Inventory Management**: This includes monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and communicating with SM about any discrepancies or shortages.

**Cash Handling**: including processing payments, making change, and balancing cash drawers at the end of their shifts.

**Product Knowledge**: Retail staff need to be knowledgeable about the products they sell. This allows them to effectively assist customers, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer needs.

**Store Operations**: Opening and closing procedures, maintaining security protocols, and ensuring that the store is compliant with safety regulations.

**Teamwork**: Provide support to each colleague, SM and also ambassadors to build the shop sales and ensure smooth store operations.

**Training**: Retail staff may participate in training sessions to learn about new products, sales techniques, and company policies. They may also assist in training new hires.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
