Draftman

Job Description:
1) Using computer aided design CAD software

2) Working simultaneously on multiple projects

3) Following engineering principles

4) Following the direction of Project Managers / Project Engineers

5) Producing rough sketches before moving on to 2D / 3D computer aided drafting

6) Liaising with the engineering team and other professionals/work closely with other team members

7) Ability to coordinate installation work / M&E services coordination

8) Reporting progress to the Project Manager

9) Leveraging a detail-oriented mindset

10) Following verbal instructions

11) Using building information modelling (BIM)

12) Accepting feedback on final designs

13) Leveraging good time management skills and communication skills

14) Attending site for as built drawing creation

15) Neat and tidy drawings documentation and filing

16) To prepare and work with bills of material (BOMs) and other construction documents

17) To assist and support Production / Vendor / Customer for flat pattern drawings conversion

**Skill and Requirements**
- 1 year of minimum experience with AutoCAD software
- Experience with Revit & 3D software preferred
- Math's skills and attention to detail
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in droughting or engineering
- Ability to work independently based on instructions, directions, or requests received from Sales & Marketing staff.
- Ability to analyze and with problem solving skill.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
