Marketing Customer Service Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To support Sales and Marketing KPI and to meet company and departmental goals.
- To support the new projects and assist in company's business sales development.
- To become the lead of the new inquiries or project and follow up the project until project kick off.
- To take orders and reviews the order delivery capability together with planner.
- Responsible to document customers’ needs and communicate and liaise with all the concerned departmental heads and ensure customer requirements are understood and can be fulfilled.
- To assist in project costing.
- To handle customer inquiries and consult with the concerned department promptly and effectively.
- To liaise with purchasing/planning section on the inventory and product production planning status.
- To ensure collection of outstanding payment by customer are done within the terms.
- Perform any tasks as directed by superior from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication and sales skills & presentation skills.
- Customer oriented, positive attitude & able to multi-task.
- Excellent follow-up and organization skills.
- Business development experience in manufacturing/OEM development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
