**JOB PURPOSE**

The ensure all the products being picked to be check and pack per SRG picking SOP and timely hand over to dispatch team timely. The incumbent will be assisting the picking Manager in monitoring, plan, execute from the points of goods picking till the stocks to pack, in day to day task operations and specifically ensure the smooth and efficient running of packing section, encompassing the company quality policies, relevant ISO, GMP, GDP, GCP, CDPMD, Clients and Customer’s requirements and Regulatory Requirements in Zuellig Pharma.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To perform 100% on physical checks prior allow to perform SAP transaction.
- To perform physical repacking materials according to SRG “SOP”.
- To make sure that all the materials being picked to be hand over to dispatch team timely.
- To perform 100% physical stocks vs invoices prior this being packed.
- To ensure all the invoices being registered into “Transfer Carton To Dispatch Section”
- To make sure the checking WA to perform 100% checking prior hand over to dispatch team.
- Closely monitor on First In First Out “FIFO” method. This is ensuring the merging being done smoothly.
- Leasing with the scanning team, to make sure they perform their duty without any delay.
- Consistently work closely with warehouse assistant and dispatch, to ensure smooth of the flow of outbound process.
- Keep immediate superior informed always of any problems or incidents occurring in the work place and reductions in unplanned deviations and focuses on improving right first time.
- To ensure that the safety of people, stocks, infrastructure and equipment is observed always.
- Reports to Leaders / Manager on departmental issues, non-conformities, and accomplishments. Ensures there is prompt and effective communication both internally and externally to keep all interested parties informed proactively. This includes but not limited to superiors, subordinates, colleagues, principals and customers.
- Attends, participates, cross-functional meetings when needed. Supports and participates in cross-functional projects when assigned/appropriate.
- Listen to superior and follow instructions carefully. To carry out tasks in accordance to SOPs. To support superior and accept additional responsibilities in a positive manner
- Ensures and maintains good housekeeping and 5S.
- Prepares and submits weekly or monthly reports on picking errors.
- Perform other duties as assigned when required.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
