Assistant Qs

* preparing the tender documents, contracts, budgets, BQ and other documentations
- on-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work
- analyze the completed work and issuing the Payment of Certificate to Client
- prepare the monthly progress claim report
- arrange a site visit and liaise with the agent, engineer, sub-contractor etc
- track the changes of design and/or construction work and update the budgets

**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month
