Quality Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Quality Manager in day to day operation pertaining to QA/QC matters.
- Responsible to establish, implement and review the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that it is in compliance with relevant statutory requirements at all times, including the International Standards, local regulations, code of practices and legal requirements.
- To conduct or coordinate the Quality Management System Review Meeting from time to time.
- Maintain and improve company’s Quality Management System’s (QMS) documentation and implementation.
- Implement and monitor ISO 9001 standards. **Have experience in ISO 14001 will be an advantage.**:

- To develop and maintain Quality Management Systems is accodrding to ISO standards
- Provide training/awareness to the employee in order to enhance understanding of quality standard
- Respond to customer’s complaint and lead team in problem solving and quality improvement plan
- Prepare quality and other reports required by customer and follow up until issue closure

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience, with mínimally 3 - 5 years of managerial capacities in Manufacturing Industry [Semiconductor Product]
- Experienced as Quality Management Representative (QMR) will be an added advantage.
- Well-versed in the Quality Management Standards
- Lead auditor for Quality Management System / ISO 9001.
- Excel in problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and must proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Have understanding in GD&T

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
