Job Description
- Analyse reports and Utilize reporting systems and data on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis and assortment data and report to HOD/Manager.
- Monitor and managing product assortment, pricing, product information’s to leverage sales and margin from the marketplaces.
- Assist manager with shopper insight & support strategies to determine right product selection and assortment based on the online consumer, shopper, and customer preferences.
- Handling on the data basis for the product management in terms of best seller products, slow moving products and discontinued products.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of products flows.
- Review and provide feedback for the marketplaces performance and suggest improvement from time-to-time to optimise the potential sales.
- To manage and control backend system/portal such as upload new items, photos, pricing adjustment, product details, managing stock level from time to time such as Magento, Shopee and Lazada
- Ensure all digital marketing & promotions activities are entered and set up properly in the system/portal.
- Focus on market trends and benchmark competitors and be responsible for providing in-depth recaps about category trends to manager to better inform future assortment strategies.
- Responsible to testing to detect and fix issues to make necessary improvements.
- Review content, images and other information required for product setup
- Manage the product life cycle of the brand by optimizing resources to ensure profitability of products are met.
- To perform any other work as and when required.
