E-commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities: - To identify, develop, implement and evaluate marketing and communicate strategies in line with company’s vision. - Nett to response and answer to any customer feedback which from online store platform. - Manage and follow up with online customers’ requests, enquiries, orders and etc. - Liase with relevant departments to manage and resolved all issues pertaining to online order fulfillment. - Work closely with sales call operation or design department regarding design and content, navigation, functionally and marketing performance. - Strong presentation skills and able to build relations with internal or external business partners. - Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals. (Website, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, Newspages) - Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, out-sources platform) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms. - Promote portal sales through social media for increasing traffic for company sales. - Deliver good online marketing communication and evaluate on the effectiveness to the social media content that improve advertising effects to achieve the advertising effects for achieving high sales or turnovers. - To improve website user experience and interface (Submitting customer feedback on their e - commerce purchase, update online products information and pictures, inventory and marketplace).

SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
