**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage multiple districts within the organization
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives
- Monitor and analyze district performance, including profit loss, sales, and customer satisfaction
- Provide leadership and guidance to district managers and their teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to district managers
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in managing multiple districts or regions
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of successfully supervising teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and business development
- Proficient in analyzing financial data and making data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
