Job Summary
- Assist Account Manager in daily accounting & administrative duties.
- Handle AP, AR, GL, P&L and bank reconciliation records.
- Prepare supporting's documents for annual audit exercise.
- Computation and summarise workers overtime and salary payments
- Update creditor and supplier aging lists
- Handle monthly claims and payment lists
- Update petty cash listing and reimbursements
- Update clients payment, issue invoice and DO
- Assist Parts ordering and delivery
**Qualifications**:
- SPM or equivalent
- Fresh school leaver are encourage to apply
- Can work overtime during account closing
- Based at Jalan Sg Besi, Kuala Lumpur
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
