Job Description: Graphic and Multimedia Designer

Position Overview:
As a Graphic and Multimedia Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visual concepts that communicate ideas to captivate and engage audiences. Your artistic and technical skills will be utilized to design various digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, illustrations, animations, videos, and marketing collateral. You'll work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to bring their ideas to life and ensure the brand's visual identity is consistently represented across all platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design and Conceptualization:

- Develop creative and innovative concepts for visual communication in line with project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Create eye-catching designs, illustrations, and multimedia elements that resonate with the target audience.

2. Digital Graphics and Web Design:

- Design web pages, banners, and interactive elements that enhance user experience and convey the intended message effectively.
- Optimize graphics and multimedia content for various digital platforms, ensuring compatibility and fast loading times.

3. Print Design:

- Create print-ready designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards.
- Collaborate with printers and vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.

4. Multimedia Content Creation:

- Produce multimedia content, including animations, motion graphics, and video editing, to support marketing campaigns and presentations.
- Utilize multimedia tools and software to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.

5. Branding and Identity:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Update and refresh existing designs to align with evolving brand guidelines.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final deliverables.

7. Industry Trends and Innovation:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into your work to keep the brand visually relevant.

8. File Management and Organization:

- Maintain an organized library of design assets and multimedia files to facilitate easy retrieval and future use.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)
