IT Technician

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Setup, configure and test IoT software and hardware systems.
- Perform field commissioning and deployment for devices and network.
- Monitor reliability and stability of IoT system and system components.
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot reported issues.
- Liaise with vendors on system component issues.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Professional Certificate in technical and vocational field.
- Knowledge of networking and router configuration.
- Experience with equipment testing and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Experience with Linux is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Resourceful and proactive in learning.
- Self-motivated and good team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
