Rotational Shift (pre-dominantly night shift supporting US)

Fresh to any experience with good Cantonese & English proficiency.

Attentive and good CS acumen

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Accurately interpret and translate verbal conversations, phone calls, or written materials between Cantonese-speaking customers and English-speaking agents or clients. This includes conveying the message with cultural sensitivity and maintaining the context and tone of the original communication.
- Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in both Cantonese and English. Address customer concerns promptly, maintain a professional demeanor, and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Participate in conference calls, meetings, or other interactions where Cantonese and English language support is required. Serve as a bridge between different language-speaking parties, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and understanding of both Cantonese and English-speaking cultures to avoid misunderstandings and effectively convey cultural nuances.
- Record relevant information during customer interactions, maintain accurate logs, and generate reports as required by the company.
- Work closely with other interpreters, customer support representatives, and team members to ensure seamless language services and provide support to colleagues when needed.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements related to language interpretation and customer interactions.
- Strive for personal and professional growth by seeking feedback, attending training sessions, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
